Anesthetic sheets being deleted instead of finalized
Resolved - The new app version 16.7.1 has been released and will be available in the App Store within 24 hours. Please update your SmartFlow application as soon as this new version becomes available. 
 
We will be restoring all affected Anesthetic Sheets every 72 hours and you will be able to find them in the Archive. If the restored Anesthetic Sheets did not retrospectively attach into your Practice Management Software you may need to attach them manually.

Update - The Apple review for our new version is still in progress but we expect it to be available within 24 hours. 
 
We are actively compiling information about all affected Anesthetic Sheets and exploring all options for restoring this data. We will provide another update no later than 6pm EDT Saturday July 25.

Anesthetic sheets being deleted instead of finalized
Identified - We have identified an issue with version 16.7.0 where the finalize button on the Anesthetic Sheet is actually working as a delete action.

We have fixed the issue and submitted a new app version to Apple review.
 
Workarounds:
  1. If you have not yet updated to version 16.7.0 do not do so.
  2. If you have an active Dental Chart, you can finalize the Anesthetic Sheet safely by choosing "booth" which finalizes the Dental Chart and anesthetic sheet together.
  3. If you have already started an Anesthetic Sheet, DO NOT finalize it and wait until our update is released.

We expect the new version to be available within 24 hours but will provide another update no later than 6pm EDT Friday July 24.

Discharged patients displaying as "Active" in the archive
Identified & Resolved - We have identified an issue where some patients that were discharged over the past 72 hours were displaying as "Active" in the archive, even though they no longer exist on the whiteboard. In order to solve this issue we needed to restore these effected patients. You may notice some previously discharged patients appear on your whiteboard. Please discharge these patients directly from your SmartFlow account to solve this issue.

Identified - We have identified 3 issues:
1. Anesthetic sheets from June 23rd not saving to the archive and preventing patient discharge.
2. End of shift billing is unavailable on the web.
3. Issue when executing medications using a numeric value on the web.
 
Workarounds:
1. Create a temporary whiteboard to house these affected patients until we have a fix in place and these patients can be discharged successfully.
2. Perform end of shift billing via the iPad.
3. This issue only occurs when the display on flowsheet unit is set to dosage or total dose, everything works fine when total volume is displayed, alternatively execute medications via the iPad.
 
We are currently working to solve all 3 of these issues and will provide another update no later than 5pm EDT Thursday June 25.

Strikethrough display issue when enabling a discontinued treatment via the iPad using version 16.4
Identified - We have identified a display issue on the iPad in version 16.4 when enabling a previously discontinued treatment. After enabling the treatment a strikethrough will remain present through the treatment name. This strikethrough in no way affects the ability to schedule or execute treatments or the way they display on the whiteboard. To avoid this display issue you should enable treatments via the web version rather than the iPad. We are working to resolve the issue in our very next iPad release that is scheduled for mid May. We will provide another update no later than 5pm EDT Friday May 15.

Profiles not sending to Cubex for integrated Cornerstone customers if patient was "Auto Checked in."
Update - If you would like to have profiles synchronize from Smart Flow to Cubex, you can work around our issue by manually adding the patient to Smart Flow before (or instead of) checking in via Cornerstone. You can do this by using "Add Patient" in the Smart Flow interface, and entering the patient file number, Doctor on Duty, template and whiteboard. The remaining information will populate from Cornerstone for you.
Note that in this case, the patient will not auto discharge from Smart Flow, so you will need to be sure to manually discharge them as well.

Identified - We have identified an issue where the patient notes in the right pull-out window may be displaying another patient's notes, not the actual patient you are looking at.
 

This is purely a display issue and rest assured your patients' notes are being retained correctly and the PDF reports are correct.

We are currently working to resolve this issue and we expect a new iPad version to be released to the App Store in the next day or so.
